Is your website visible to AI search?
Buyers and sellers now ask ChatGPT and Perplexity for agent recommendations. This free checker runs 17 checks on your website — AI crawler access, llms.txt, structured data, readability — and tells you exactly what to fix.

What it checks
Discovery (robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap), structured data (RealEstateAgent, FAQ schema), content quality and technical rendering.
What it doesn't
It measures readiness to be cited, not whether AI currently mentions you. Readiness is the part you control.

We fetch your public pages once to run the checks. Nothing is stored, no account needed.
Checker FAQ
What does the AI visibility score measure?+
Seventeen checks in four groups: discovery (llms.txt, AI-crawler rules in robots.txt, XML sitemap), structured data (JSON-LD, Organization or LocalBusiness schema, RealEstateAgent schema, FAQ schema, Open Graph, meta description, canonical tag), content (answer-first opening, heading hierarchy, content depth, image alt coverage) and technical readiness (HTTPS, language attribute, server-side rendering). Each check is weighted into a 0–100 score and a letter grade.
Why does it say my site blocked the checker?+
Your host or firewall returned HTTP 403 to an unfamiliar user agent before any HTML was read. GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot are unfamiliar user agents too, so the same rule is very likely blocking them. Ask your website vendor to allow known AI crawlers, then re-run the check.
Does a high score mean ChatGPT will recommend me?+
No. The score measures readiness — whether an AI crawler can reach, read and understand your site — not whether you are currently cited. Readiness is the part you control; citations follow from readiness plus reputation and content.
Is it really free, and do you keep my results?+
It is free with no signup. We fetch your public pages once per run, show the result to you and store nothing. Each visitor is limited to ten runs a minute.
Why did my score change since last time?+
The checker reads your live pages every run, so a theme update, a new firewall rule, a CDN change or an A/B test can move the result. Our brokerage readiness report notes its capture date for the same reason.
