How we review

Real Estate AI Directory is independent and run by one person — a developer, not a real estate agent and not on any vendor's payroll. That independence is the point: there's no incentive to talk up any particular tool.

Every one of the 60 tools is added by hand. For each, we read the vendor's own product and pricing pages, confirm the product is still live, and sort it by the job it does for agents across 13 workflows. Tools that shut down or go dormant get removed, not left to rot.

“Last checked” means we reviewed the vendor's public information — features, pricing, positioning — on that date and summarized it in plain language. Where we've formed an editorial view (Why it stands out, Watch out for), we say so.

What it does not mean: we have not run a paid, hands-on trial of all 60 tools. When a claim is the vendor's, we frame it as theirs. We'd rather tell you the limit than imply a depth of testing we haven't done.

Rankings are never for sale. Placement and order reflect fit for the job — not who paid. There are no affiliate-first lists. If a sponsored placement ever appears, it will be labeled Sponsored right on the card, not buried in the footer.

We record the pricing a vendor publishes. When a vendor doesn't publish a number, we say Custom pricing — verify with vendor rather than invent one. Pricing changes often, so always confirm on the vendor's own site before you buy.

Outbound links to vendors are currently plain links. If any become affiliate links over time, it will not change whether or how a tool is listed or ranked, and the disclosure will sit next to the link — not only here.

Vendor or agent — if something is out of date or wrong, email us and we'll fix it. Getting it right matters more than being first.
